WeatherRoast includes humorous, satirical, and sometimes blunt content. Some language settings may enable mild or stronger profanity. Stronger language is optional and is not enabled by default.
If you do not want to encounter this type of content, you should not enable those settings and, if the app is not suitable for you, you should stop using the Services.

WeatherRoast is not liable for offence, upset, or dissatisfaction caused by the tone, humour, satire, or optional language style of the content.
Subject to these Terms, WeatherRoast grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the app for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including the app, software, code, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, audio, voice content, forecast presentation, and other content, are owned by WeatherRoast or its licensors.

If you buy a paid subscription, payment processing, renewals, billing, cancellation handling, and most refund handling are managed by Google Play or the relevant app-store platform, not by WeatherRoast directly.

Access to paid features may stop immediately if billing fails, the subscription expires, the platform revokes entitlement, or the Services are discontinued, subject to applicable law.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment issues are primarily handled through Google Play or the relevant app store, subject to that platform’s policies and applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with the Services, you may contact us at hello@weatherroast.app , but WeatherRoast does not control app-store refund decisions except where law requires otherwise.
The free tier of WeatherRoast may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, app-open ads, and other ad formats we may introduce in future updates.
Ads are served by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, app configuration, device settings, and applicable law, ads may be personalised, non-personalised, limited, or unavailable.
WeatherRoast does not endorse and is not responsible for:

The Services may contain affiliate banners, promotions, or links, including to Amazon and other third-party retailers or partners.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by those third parties’ own terms, policies, and notices. WeatherRoast does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that third-party services used by the app may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, replace, or restrict all or part of the Services at any time.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country or state of residence.

If you use the Services in breach of these Terms, or unlawfully, and your actions cause WeatherRoast to suffer claims, losses, costs, or liabilities, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to compensate WeatherRoast for those losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a dispute arises, both you and WeatherRoast agree to try to resolve it informally first by contacting the other party.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where legally available.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Where appropriate, we may also provide notice through the app, website, or app-store listing.
By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or notices expressly referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and WeatherRoast regarding the Services.
